Incredible thing

Today, an incredible thing happened on the server in China, and hotly discussed by the players. An unreal item that appeared during the shutdown of the server in China and can’t be obtained now was found on a player. I can’t know the English name of the item because of translation. Many incredible things happened on the server in China after Blizzard and Netease re-cooperated. China players generally think that Netease has more influence on Blizzard this time. Even Blizzard is learning from Netease how to get more income, such as “xiaoliu”, a pet with transmission function, which is only available in China server at present. Players in China are too familiar with the operation of China Game Company. They will constantly introduce various charging items to make it easier for players to get something and even improve their role ability. Maybe you think that China server and American server are independent, but the strange things that appear in China server are not created by Netease but exist in Blizzard database. This is a terrible thing. Maybe you have your own ideas, but only China players can understand the horror of Netease, and if Blizzard is controlled by them, wow may have more income but there will be more disasters for players

Once the caffeine hit and the brain woke up, it just looks they’re talking about a new pet that lets people teleport. But it’s only available for China players right now:

China is a problem… lots of gold farmers selling the stuff for profit I wouldn’t be surprised if they own the majority of the bots around.

Essentially a pet you can buy that lets you teleport to MoP dungeons.
Kinda useless but also a big QoL for questing in MoP simply because of the location teleports.

Does this mark a trend in P2W for US and other English speaking players? Maybe. We did just have a $90 bruto

Blizzard is 100% not controlled by Netease in the US…

Blizzard is owned by Microsoft. They are not going to let anyone else control Blizzard.

Oh, so more old news?

Unsure if there was a post prior to this.

Anyone else not actually care what NetEase WoW gets vs what other WoW gets?

It’s worth remembering that China has also had like 3 or 4 versions of “Cash Shop XP Potions” over the years that never left their servers, despite people doomsaying every time. Not to mention all the times they put TCG and promotion mounts/pets on their store.

Chinese WoW is a different beast run by different people. What they do with the game on top of what Blizzard provides tends to have no bearing on the rest of the world.

Sure some don’t care but others do.

Like I remember back in the day people asked for bone in Forsaken because the Chinese servers had them. But the Chinese servers also had a lot of skulls and death related images replaced with bread and noone was asking for that on these forums.

So someone is bound to get upset that the Netease WoW will be getting it first.

Bone-in forsaken is jucier and more flavorful. Everyone knows that.

Netease can get bent.

As someone that’s seen many of their mobile cash grabs, yes, I personally do care. I’d much rather have Microsoft at the helm than NetEase any day of the week.

Does it really matter, though? Both corporations are garbage, but it’s not like the Chinese shenanigans have much/any impact on what happens with the rest of the WoW servers.

And that’s what we have.
