Increase Mount Drop rates based on attempts

Atleast stop with the under 1 % droprates. I thought we had moved past that after they buffed the MoP world boss mounts to what seems to be way over 1 %, but no then they go on and make karoktas mount a crappy reskin of a mount that wasnt any special in the first place 0.3 whatever % chance. Thye probably knew the zone was gonna die fast and had it extra low to make people go and try get it knowing full well alot of people cant controll themselves. But for me no ive had it, complete boycott of anything under 1 %

Dude I was watching my friend stream this game and do mount runs, and when I found out about this system I was so annoyed that it wasn’t in WoW. lol

I have hundreds of heroic Deathwing kills, still no Life-Binder’s Handmaiden. That means I’ve had to endure Spine HUNDREDS of times. x_x I just want the mount so I never have to do it again. (I’ve seen Blazing Drake like 4 times. -_-)

I took a long break, been thinking about going for this one again, but ugh I dread that soul-crushing feeling of it not dropping for another year again.

Anyway, 100% support this. I don’t want free stuff “handed to me with no work.” But my god if someone has grinded a raid 100+ times, they deserve the dang mount.

I would rather they didn’t. It’s no fun collecting something easy to get.

There are over 900 mounts in the game. The one you want probably has 10 different recolors. Go get one of those.

Idk…eventually the hype fades and you’re just left miserable.

If and when I ever get the timewalking mount I don’t think I’ll be happy. I might even be a little annoyed when it drops, but relieved I guess.

I have been hunting the deathcharger’s reins for over 15 years and even I think this is a poor idea.

I mean… Deathcharger is a myth and doesn’t exist!

For certain mounts, yes, I agree. For example, mounts that are just reskins (karotka in ZC, Soundless, Peacekeeper, and other rare world bosses). Sorry though, when it’s something truly unique like Invincible, Ashes, Horseman, etc. I think these should remain as is.
