Incorrect stats given by trinket

I have a timewalking trinket ilvl 210 “Voidmender’s Shadowgem” “Grants 619 critical strike for 20 sec. (2 min cooldown” However it only grants 443 critical strike when used. Tried bug reporting it and opening a ticket. Ticket was closed with no reply which isn’t a surprise these days. Anyone know what’s up with this?

Anyone else have broken Timewarped trinkets?
