That can be applied to any raid and dungeon. Why have Gundrak in that case? Its completely honked that its in the game in classic.

Quite literally… yes. This is classic. Not retail.
there have been hundreds of changes since classic launched, some are good, some are bad, blizzard have removed some after feedback or dumped the idea entirely
“this is the way it was” clearly isn’t a reason
the most recent example i guess is the feral nerf and revert within a day
List these hundreds of changes in wrath
obviously im not gonna list out hundreds of changes for some random guy, if u paid attention u would know, there have been significant changes to almost every piece of content in every phase

Then list them. Also bug fixes arent changes. There are some bugs in classic that werent in OG. Fixing those do not constitute a significant change.
So list these changes.

ICC has been out for weeks and is the final raid. Cata is just months away. Just view the buff as another catch up mechanic.
