well you’d better xfer off then and pay blizzard more money
thats the sole reason why they havent opened free xfers off of incendius, and no amount of complaining will change their minds, as evidenced by their complete and utter apathy towards your massive login queues

Sorry but your $15 a month isent any more important then anyone else’s. You can always transfer off and not worry about ques. Stalagg dosent have a que right now you can try there.

Interesting perspective, when they opened free transfers for other full realms and people decided to flood incendius. Player driven issue, but you want Blizzard to take the blame? How many times do they need to open free transfers for players to continue to ignore logic and make issues for realms?

how bout blizz undo their mistake of allowing your alliance refugees to come to my server and send them back?? refund their 25$ and give me my server back? i’ll take that option tyvm.

This forum loves to blame an easy target instead of taking accountability. Players created the realm population issues and the faction imbalance issues. They’ve opened transfers for free and people just moved the issue to other full realms and made things a problem for them. Does it suck, yes, but why is it Blizz’s fault?

Dont get me wrong, I do think they will aim for some corporate greed off transfers, but when people look at a full realm status and still transfer in droves…

blizzard opened up the transfers without limits…that’s a blizzard created issue…then they locked them when they realized they made the problem…they admitted they made the mistake…what they should have done was revert the transfers and then not enabled them again. but nope…they opened them back up unrestricted. and left them OPEN…unfettered!!! …again!!! and haven’t bothered to even check up on them since. i mean did they fired the entire team that was supposed to monitor them cuz that’s what it seems like. it wasn’t a player created problem… we did not enable the transfers we dont have access to the servers that’s all on blizz.

So is it the store’s fault for selling a baseball bat that someone used to break a car window? By your logic it is Blizz’s fault for not governing how people use tranfers. You’d have a better stance if you said Blizz should have provided for information on capacity and volume of transfers for people to be cautious on doing a transfer.

Claiming black and white that Blizz is at full fault is nuts.
Players made the choice to transfer, Blizz didnt force it.

My server haz a nice population and never has queue times.

About the time the server pop gets worrisome, Blizz will roll out TBC.

blizzard sells a service there are terms with this service there are customer protection laws…maybe you should go read some fine print associated for not getting what you paid for. it varies by state but blizz is based in cali which iirc has some of the stricter laws when it comes to customers. especially since blizz publicly apologized already for making this mistake previously which set a precedence.

/facepalm
What you just posted wont hold any value. Their terms come down to you having zero rights, if they want to delete you from their pretend world they can without a reason. This isnt like buying something from the store and being a physical owner of it. You are renting the option to play with their property and you have zero rights to it. If you are unhappy, their only concern is a possible loss of revenue from a customer, not any worry that you have any legal standing or ownership of anything in the cyber world.

I understand the pain of the queues you are facing and it sucks that other players chose to cause this for your server. I’d recommend you propose some suggestions and structure to how you want Blizzard to manage realm populations and transfers. They are currently just playing it out like vanilla: they arent wanting to be involved and giving us medium customer care while focusing on retail. When we create issues as players, they arent motivated to go out of their way to give free options to help out for mistakes WE made.

Please forward your concern to the customer support staff. This is the General forums, we have pizza discussions and memes posted here… not issues customer support should be addressing.

Thanks!

go read the forums…they told ppl to come post here and in the incendius forums…and your not an MVP or employee…but thanks for trying!! …not…

Blizzard (and every other game i know) has always had the authority to place restrictions / requirements on transfers. The fact that they can do nothing about it is Fel poo. I cannot AFFORD to transfer off one character at a time.

Blizzard owns World of Warcraft
Blizzard maintains the database for WoW
Blizzard knows if realms are too full
Blizzard knows if queues are common on realms
Blizzard offered the transfers to Incendius
Blizzard migrated the DB info of players from one server to another

It IS A BLIZZARD problem.
You act like they are helpless and must cave to every demand a player makes.
What is bizarre is the inconsistency. Blizzard claims to make decisions to improve the health of the game and then they go and allow a TON of transfers to realms that are already full and have VERY long queues.

Why is this so difficult for all of you apologists to understand?!
