I seem to be permanently stuck without any progression to most of Legion’s content because the quest you’re suppose to grab no longer is reachable due to it being on Broken Shore and instanced, however, I cannot access it whatsoever because the Hippogryph that takes you there doesn’t instance you correctly. So it acts like you’re doing Legionfall content. I’m trying to get the Marksman Hunter Artifact Weapon…
I’m betting you already started the quest for it and just forgot where you was at on it. Seeing how it’s Sunday, you’ll probably not get a blue response til tomorrow, as they sometimes can show where you are at.
You can try to submit a “Stuck on Quest” ticket and see if a GM can help you.

Oh, I checked where it is, what happened was I saw the quest to start it but the second I got close to the quest giver (Assuming Vareesa), the entire instance changed to Legionfall. And got promptly murdered by the mobs there that were on that island. So far I’m literally stuck and cannot continue anything until I get the quest going.
Is it on the character you are posting now? Have you already unlocked an artifact weapon? or the Marksman weapon is the first one.
If it’s a phasing issue, you want to put in a ticket to see if a GM can help.

Yes, this is the character in question that’s struggling to get anywhere. And yeah, certainly a phasing issue.
Same issue here, arrive at the isle, turn in the quest, npc phases away and I’m instantly attacked by swarming 110 mobs, quest bugged to gamebreaking status, can’t progress order hall.
Well, submit a ticket to the link I provided above you. It’s sounding like a bug, so best make a post in bug reports. QA doesn’t really come to the CS forums for reports.
