Are you sure that you’re logging into the right realm and WoW account? A character can’t randomly race change without one being purchased and applied.
Does anyone else have access to your account that might have done this?

Indeed. I do see that a Race Change was purchased a few weeks ago (March 19th), but another Race Change was purchased for this character a couple of days ago (April 1st).
