Inactive subscription

Why my subscription is inactive each time when my monthly transaction is pending? I have card with auto pay. Why the …l it happens every month? It begun to happen when I bought Deluxe edition of TBC with 1 free month included.

The best thing to do would be submit a ticket to billing and ask. They may likely have an answer for you. And please watch your language so you don’t get moderated.

I guess will be good opportunity to end our 15 years old relation with Blizzard since my frustration is over the top.

You’re allowed to be frustrated but there are still rules to be observed. I’m sorry it’s an ongoing issue for you, and hopefully, if you were able to get a ticket in, it’s something that can be resolved and quickly.

That is certainly your choice, but the only answer you’ll get is from billing. Leilleath is right, a ticket is the way to go.

OP, have you tried removing the method of payment and then re-adding it?

In April, you attempted to purchase a month subscription and that transaction failed. A different card was used a couple of days later to successfully activate a subscription. This was about half a month before you purchased the Burning Crusade Class Deluxe Edition.

It looks like the same card that failed in April was used when you attempted to purchase a Character Clone activation service back in May and that attempt was rejected by your bank.

You’re using the same previously rejected card currently to try and renew your World of Warcraft subscription. I would not be surprised to see that transaction also rejected.

You may want to reach out to your bank to find out why they are rejecting these transactions and if there is anything they can do to resolve that for you.

Hmm… Both cards are Citi cards and both are active. Card that as you said failed works for all of my other monthly payments - FIOS, TMobile, Progressive, etc. Same card is used for daughter’s account. Maybe this cause the problem.

Maybe the card info is the same but the expiration or security code got updated? Might be worth deleting that profile completely and recreating it. If it still has problems with subscriptions specifically then it might be a bank thing.

Thanks. I deleted card and left one that works. Have to update second account as well.
