I took some time off from the game (family issues) and tried to come back today. I subscribed for 3 months, payment went though but when I go to log in the Battlenet launcher says my subscription has expired.
If I go to Game Accounts on the Blizzard page it says my WOW account is “Inactive” and there’s a link to “Add a Subscription”, but when I click the link to add a subscription it takes me to a page that says “You already have World of Warcraft® Subscription - 3 Months on your account”
Is there something wrong with my account? Does it take time for the system to “activate” me (it didn’t used to after I took time off from the game).
It looks like your purchase failed, Vobe. I don’t entirely know why, if you contact our support staff under “Purchase Failure” and open a live chat, they may be able to provide more information.
I’d check the method of payment you are using. You might try deleting any current billing profile you have and add it back before trying the purchase again, just to make sure everything is accurate.
im having this issue, I’ve added subscription twice with success, and it indicates no sub in game, and no sub active, but during sign up process it says I currently have one active, and I have confirmation email.
First thing to try is logging completely out of the game and the desktop launcher too. If it’s still not working when you log back in, then you might need to reach out to Billing for more help.
