Hi. I re-upped my Wow sup on May 10th of this year. This should give me up to May of 2026 but it didn’t. I went to log into my account and now it says that my account is “inactive”. Its not even a full 12 months, its only 7 months. Why does my account show that its inactive?

You are sure the transaction went through and is not pending or in processing?

Maybe you have a different licenses and you are not logging into the correct one?
If the above is irrelevant, a purchase failure ticket might be needed.
