Hi All i have the same issue on my Monk! Initiate Da Nel doesnt appear on Dalaran for Start Mission Class Hall Campaign! Please help me, Vrakthris. Char Name: Pandapha-Ragnaros
Check if you have the Harbinger quest line pending or partially complete, Serapho. That usually is what is causing the issue with phasing. You may need to complete it, as just abandoning the first quest doesn’t always work.
If you don’t have it in your quest log check your Adventure Journal.
There is also the Radiant Echos quest line, but I’d start with Harbinger.
