In Game Ticket?

I did not see an option to open an in-game ticket. I’m stuck in a guild and cannot leave.

Typing threats on the forums will not get you the results you want. Go up to support at the top of this forum and try to open a ticket from the website. You don’t get to jump to the head of the line by threatening to leave, you have to wait your turn.

Are you the only member in the guild? If so, you’re the guild leader and you’re looking for /gdisband

Otherwise, are you getting any sort of error message etc? A ticket is not likely going to help as I don’t believe a GM is going to remove you from your guild. The in-game commands should indeed be working.

I see that you say the Full UI Reset didn’t work, but I want to make sure that you actually followed the right steps and re-named the appropriate folders for the game.

It’s more of a long-shot, but thought I’d mention it since it’s classic and we can’t see who’s in the guild :wink:

It may not work, but the Full UI Reset absolutely should have cleared things up!

And save ur self some time and dont do a chargeback not only is that fruad but if u decide to comeback it will make it 100x more difficult.

Alrighty then.

Specifically, what steps did you take for this? Did you use the correct folders? Did the original cinematic replay? When you logged back in, all you add-ons were gone too and the whole UI was back to default?

You’re giving us next to nothing to even attempt to help you. No error messages, no list of addons, no PC specs in case there’s a conflict with something…

I wish you’d stop typing threats and actually allow us to help. Are you getting anything when you attempt to leave the guild?

And you were given a way to open a ticket through the website itself above in link form. It’s recommended to do that instead of in-game myself because the in-game browser can be a bit finicky.

Sounds like you are not in the correct section for tickets, make sure to use the link labeled “Get Help” or “Contact Us”

Then try using a category, as typing in search probably is not helping either. It’s not a common issue you have, maybe a generic area might help. You may get an automated answer at first, just make sure to open the same ticket over again if it does.

So, everyone in this topic are players just like yourself. The SFA’s that comes around on this forum are not game masters. So your threats basically equate to a child throwing a tantrum in a big box store because Mom wouldn’t let them get that chainsaw that they wanted.

As others have asked above. Did you move/delete all your add-ons, move/delete your you WTF, Cache and Interface folder? After doing that you should reset your PC. Actually tell windows to reset and not just a quick shut down and start up again. You need to tell Windows to restart Windows, need to get rid of all that possible latent information in RAM.

When you log back into WoW it should seem like it is a fresh install with no add-ons and you should see a cinematic.

Typically, these sorts of tantrums get you nowhere. However, since it’s been 9 or so hours by this point, and I’m of a mind to be benevolent - you can submit your ticket here:

Guild issues fall under Interface issues. Now, your first response may be a templated reply. They push these out to help folks who can possibly help themselves and not need to wait in the queue for GM assistance.

For you, you’re going to want to smash the button to the tune of “I need further assistance.” That’ll kick it back up for GM review.

I’ll even go a step further, for the sake of one less person rushing here to vent about AI mess. Keep your ticket to the point. Making threats against refunds and uninstalls aren’t going to get you anywhere. THIS is the issue. THIS is what I’ve done to fix the issue on my own. THIS is the character it’s happening on. Anything else is superfluous.

If you are referring to this character - yes, something does look a little odd.

I see a guild on the character, but I’m not seeing the character in the guild.

I’d give it till after next maintenance. Usually oddities related to guilds sort themselves out over a maintenance.

As to the rest - you time expires on 11/30. Unfortunately when the GMs looked, it did not meet the criteria to refund.
