In game ticket response didn’t read my issue, need help

Hi there,
I really don’t know who to go to. A week ago I put in a ticket. The issue I had was when I combined 2 splintered Sparks of Dreams, I did not receive a Spark of Dreams yet both my splinters are gone.

I received an automated response from blizzard that said I should check my bags and bank, as well as forums. There wasn’t a spark of dreams nor any splinters in my bags or bank so I said the ticket wasn’t resolved.

After a week I finally got a response from a game master. They obviously didn’t read my issue because all they said was that they “understood I was having trouble combining splinters” and gave me some links to wowhead and told me to ensure I had 250 flightstones.

I’m very dissatisfied with this customer service. A week before I get a response and the response isn’t even about my issue. I actually believe the response was an AI generated response given how robotic it sounded.

I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue before. I didn’t accidentally delete or sell the spark, I didn’t use it to make anything, it literally did not end up in my bags when I combined the splinters. I had been waiting a week to get another splinter, so when I did, I immediately combined the two then tried to make a piece of gear only to find I had no sparks and no splinters.

What do I do?

Assuming you are still having the problem with the spark. Check your reagent bag. Some addons hide that bag from showing but i can almost guarantee its in there as it goes there by default if there is room

On what character/server was this? If a blue pops in, they can check it out.

Indeed, Bagnon is notorious for hiding things on players, as a prime example.
