Hello I’m having an issue with purchasing the shadowlands xpac and also with a faction transfer. I go to the shop and it seems to go through but i have no transation history of it on my card or history in blizz transactions and i don’t have the xpac or transfer. Its been a few days of me trying and it seems to just not be going through.
I’m not seeing any recent transactions (failed or otherwise) which would indicate to me that they never went through. I do see that you were making some updates to your payment profiles though.
Are you receiving any errors when you attempt the transactions? Can you describe what the shop UI is doing as you progress though the transaction?

Hmm must not be going through for some reason. yeah i tried to update the card i was using to see if that was the issue but didn’t work.
For the pre purchase of shadow lands i go through the windows then at the end a window pops up and says “order being processed check back later” Same for the faction change after selecting the character
Ok, there was a similar report with a Character Boost purchase not too long ago. This is what I recommended:
A few different things can interfere with the in-game shop. We usually recommend starting by:
- Resetting your game interface settings, and removing any addons being used (https://battle.net/support/article/7549 )
- Checking for and disabling any overlay programs that might be running (https://battle.net/support/article/31366 )
- Temporarily disable antivirus/security software which may be blocking a secure connection to the shop (https://battle.net/support/article/23672)
We’ve also seen reports that some Razer software can interfere, so uninstalling or updating that software may help as well.

Update: That worked it was my Razor Synapse needed to be updated. After that it worked fine thank you for your time
