I’m trying to buy a WoW token to sell on the AH on my main account but it’s not letting me everytime i try i get 500: internal server error. anyway to fix this?

Same trying to restart sub. same issue error 500. 3 different browsers and cleared cookies all that jazz. i hate when you are trying to give a company money and they don’t accept it lol.

We’ve seen a few threads with issues with subscriptions and sometimes with payment methods. One thing to try is a different payment method.
Another option, for you Stabed, is to buy a block of game time instead of a subscription. They’re the same price, the block of game time just doesn’t auto reload.

Yeah tried a block it tries to take you to the same place. It seems to die out at the part where you would choose a payment.
I’ve tried a variety of methods to resub with different browsers and launcher. Same error as OP. Think the service is DOA at the moment.
Oh, it’s not even making it to the payment? That’s definitely odd. I wish I had another suggestion. I mean, you could put in a ticket (unfortunately it looks like Live Chat and Call Back support aren’t available right now 
) and see if a Billing rep has any other ideas.

Yep confirmed its the payment that’s the issue. I removed my credit card and tried to add it back and it bombs out straight away. Also if you choose pay pal same error 500 before a login even comes up.

Trying to buy a character transfer. Says I can’t do it until I use a wow token but I don’t have any wow tokens on the character. I did send him some gold from another character though to go to the new realm. Then I got past that and now it is crashing at the choose payment part roughly.
I am getting the same “500 Internal Server Error” message trying to buy a name change, and it’s at the payment screen. Tried disabling popups, changed payment method and set at default, cleared my cache.

Hello, just trying to resubscribe in browsers and Blizzard App, getting this 500 error after selecting account i wish to subscribe on.
