Yeah, so since ~11.0.7 (my last successful in-game purchase in WoW is Nov 24th, but I was playing D4 and PoE2 for a little while in early Dec) I haven’t been able to get the ingame shop to load the payment screen, just get a black/blue window with the blue tinted world view. Tried with no addons and tried with all the usual culprits deleted/moved. Nothing has changed on my home network and I have tried using a vpn to rule out something not playing nice, all to no avail. Something clearly changed as I used to use the in-game shop fairly regularly without issue.
Please try turning off your vpn if you use one and any security software your running. Those have been known to cause issues with the in game shop.

Given I turned it on only to see if it would resolve the issue that was already present, I don’t think that’s helpful. I don’t run it day-to-day, just a one off to rule things out.
What you are describing is usually a symptom of something blocking, Balroon.
Could be a number of things and I’m afraid trial and error is usually what resolves it. Even if say - your anti-virus updated, could be anything really.
Have your tried another browser - or from your phone?

Its the in-game shop, I can only buy a token from said in-game shop so far as I am aware. So browsers are not an option. I have disabled all AV and firewalls to rule out anything on my end and even (as already mentioned) ran the game through a vpn to bypass any potential issues elsewhere on the network. Various combinations, all with the same result. Cleared caches, removed addons deleted folders and reinstalled from scratch.
It was working fine before, something clearly changed.
Just to rule it out as a possibility, did parental controls somehow get enabled on your account?
Any other recommended troubleshooting that you haven’t done?

Checked the parental controls, they aren’t on, tried everything listed in all the support articles I could find.
Have you tried connecting to your phones cellular data via hotspot? If that works then you know it’s something with your internet.
Likewise if you have a friend whose computer you can download wow and log into, or a laptop you can take elsewhere, those might help narrow it down.
