When I go to purchase the Deluxe Edition of TBC in the In Game shop, it starts to load and it says transaction processing and then it closes all of the sudden.

That sounds like either a browser or security issue, Pipplio - could even be both. Have you tried a different browser?
The In Game client shop is not working, I don’t believe you can buy the TBC deluxe edition on the online store.

Same issue. Cannot purchase Dark Portal Pass. I am using MAC OS, when I go to purchase the Dark Portal Pass, it quickly says Processing, and then disappears. I have asked the community in game, and I have had at least 10 different people tell me they have had the same problem. All of them have been MAC OS users.

I’m on a Mac and have the same issue purchasing the deluxe edition. The store starts to say it is processing, but then an error message pops up too quickly to read and it cancels out.

Here’s another mac user With the same problem! Following this thread for updates on when I can purchase the pass. Going to try on my PC and I’ll post here if it works.

Yup! it was just on my mac. Im able to buy the pass on my PC. Some weird UI/API glitch I assume. Good luck my Brothers and Sisters
Having the same issue here in the Steve Jobs camp.
on my pos Mac at my gfs house xD, keeps saying “Your order is being processed”.
Also, not sure if this will help find the issue (and other people please check this as well), i cannot open up the Support Button in game to submit a ticket or view a response to my ticket. Might be a whole support issue with the purchase store for macs. Anyone else here able to open up the support button in game?
i have the exact same problems shop and in game support won’t work for me.
