In game help request changed

Recently with the update to classic we had a major change to the help request menu in game. We actually my most used button of ‘return to graveyard’ under the unstuck option. This is a major issue for players of the game in my opinion as I used this tool many times over my play.

If you cannot get to your body you now have to run all the way back to the gy.
In a BG if your insignia is looted while you are off the GY, and then the GY caps, you have to run all the way to a new GY.
In Eye of the storm people will not be able to return to the starter gy if they fall down.

Edit: In addition to the issues presented in play, the actual tool doesn’t work.

If you try to use it in classic you are presented with Shadowlands characters.

Suggestions realy are better off in classic general forums or the ingame suggestion feature probably option B more then A.

The in game suggestion is gone, they changed it all. That’s the issue I’m presenting.

They took something that wasn’t broken and made it broken. Just revert this menu please.

They didnt remove it just consolidated in the help menu should be beside submit bug option.

Pardon me for being a bit confused on what your issue is. What menu option are you no longer seeing in Classic help menu?

I mean c’mon does it even matter? the whole menu is changed and takes forever to load. There’s no suggestion box or easy way to report a bug. It’s blizzard silencing the player base again. It’s just a bad change.

That’s kind of a reach.

As you was told, the devs don’t come here for player feedback or suggestions, you need to post on the Classic Forums if you wish to be heard.

If you are referring to Burning Crusade Classic, then here is how you need to use the menu to move a character there.

CONTACT SUPPORT – IN GAME ISSUES – CHARACTER PROBLEM – STUCK CHARACTER SERVICE – WOW CLASSIC – THEN CLICK CONTINUE

It will then populate a list of TBCC or CLASSIC characters.

It is now labeled as “submit feedback or bug report” It is the first option under the search bar. If that what this picture is meant to show.

So thanks for all the hooplah so far. Please read the OP and recognize the ‘return to graveyard’ function is missing which is what the post is about.

The menu is much more confusing now, that’s for sure. And that is directly related to Customer Support. It’s like they don’t even play test it or listen to beta feedback and just push out content like a factory.

How so? The staff at CS have no influence on game design, and as was said before the devs don’t come here for player feedback

How is the in game customer help request related to customer support. Hmm. Let me write an essay. Like are you kidding bro? It’s the player’s portal to ask for help. It’s the first step in customer support. This place is wild.

We told you you need to post on the Classic forums if you wish of offer feedback. No one here can affect any change to the game.

This is a player to player support forum with blue moderation that CANT pass on feedback or suggestion no do anyone from the dev team frequent here, this is more of a help desk were we can direct you.

You know when you go to a mall map and try to find a store? Then figure out how to get there?

That is this forum.

You looked at the map.

The course was plotted. In this case the course is to post on the classic GD forums about this change. This way people that actually take feedback and make decisions can see your input.

None of those people you are trying to reach come here, hence the directions of how to be heard.
