I do see that the selection of chat you provided is not all that was reported and is not all that is being reviewed when Game Masters receive your appeal. There are several incidents of inappropriate language both in public and private chat channels.

I received a 24 hour silence. I didn’t think much of it because my account rarely received any punishments in the 15 so years I played World of Warcraft. I just assumed this was a one time thing…and the flag would eventually fall off. If you don’t know what a silence is it keeps you from talking in all of the chat channels…making it impossible to find groups/guilds/raids, etc.

I got silenced a second time, first time last week, and I successfully appealed it, but it still doubled the time of my next silence. I was under the impression that if a silence is removed you do not get the time doubled. So I’m hoping a CS rep sees this so they can remove the current silence (It’s from advertising, I was doing it ONLY in trade AND 5 minutes apart, I was following all the rules
