In Game and Website Support Down?

I am unable to access in game support via the in game menu, nor am I able to get the support website to load. Is Customer Support down?

I have a character falling through the world and it’s bugging my warband bank as well.

It is not trolling, I simply read too fast.

Just a moment ago I managed to get into the self unstuck at the site.

Try another browser without addons - I could use the self unstuck with Chrome below:

Ah, sorry. As you can imagine. I’m not in a good mood as I’m effectively locked out of my character and only discovered the Guild Bank contents vanishing bug earlier today and got the brush off automated response from CS on that. The CS agent didn’t even seem to be aware there was a Guild Bank issue.

Different issue. That is not referring to guild bank items being fixed. That’s referring to the 480 warbound prepatch gear disappearing from the warbank or being soulbound. THAT is what’s being fixed with the maintenance.

Still no word on when guild banks will be fixed. That was two separate, unrelated bugs. Soulbound items cannot be put in the warbank which is why they seemed to disappear.
