In case anyone has noticed:

Doing my alts I decided to PVP… And… It is some of the best PVP I have played in this game in years! No “extra powers”, No massively OP sub rogues, nothing but pure PVP. I never knew? I mean, I have completely stopped playing this DK because it is so much fun in this bracket of PVP!

If you are like me and are completely sick of max level balance issues that never get resolved, you should try PVP on an alt from 50-59. I never did because I just assumed it would be broken… Its not. It feels like the good old days of real PVP before blizzards fetish with Rogues and making a few classes op for the sub money… Its really refreshing!

Well, I go on my 50 DK and die within 1 stun. Its comical that they haven’t fixed it yet but blizz does have a fetish with rogues… In the 50-59 bracket They are strong but I do get a chance to fight. Same with hunters… There are no little “extra” powers or balance issues on the scale they are at 60.

The 59 bracket does actually have covenant abilities, at least for anyone who is leveling an alt in threads of fate mode who has bothered to click on an npc and pick a covenant.

Doesn’t have legendaries though.

Name me a time period where rogues was not one of the best classes for pvp.

For a long time the SUB spec was subpar. Combat Rogue (Outlaw) used to be fun, now I understand it’s lackluster.

I mean, not really? People specced partially into sub in TBC for hemo and prep. Sub was r1 viable in Wrath (Reckful showed us that) and was extremely good in Cata. It was also r1 viable in MoP, WoD and Legion. It got nerfed pretty hard at the beginning of BFA but was still viable towards the end of the expansion, especially in 2s.

Really, sub hasn’t had many bad seasons. Rogue as a class has had one single season that could be considered bad, in MoP s12, but even later in MoP they were fine. Aside from that, rogue has pretty much always been a dominant PvP spec. It’s really hard not to be with the way their kit is designed and especially in arena when they have synergy with mages and warlocks who also haven’t ever had bad seasons.

i’ve been running into sweaty gamers who que with 59’s in premades and have their legendarys at 50-59.

so i’m not sure this is the best for having fun.

premades are ruining random bg fun at this level too.

Yeah we all know who will be the best soon. Mages, Rogues, Priests. It’s boring. WOW is very predictable because the same classes rise to the top every expansion, the rest have to wait and see what plays out.

Good luck being feral and enhancement. Not saying they can’t be played, but you have to work really hard for similar or less results.

Unless Outlaw or Assassin get better in PVP I won’t be playing rogue can’t stand Sub.

MM was kind of crappy through BFA. I believe it will be toned down, just hope it’s not to the point where it feels kind of useless again.

I dont care if they are strong and the favorite class of Blizz but there is a difference between being strong and broken. In this bracket I have a chance. I can actually play my toon.

You uhh… realize that you don’t have to be max level for covenant abilities right?

I was meaning more of the legendries but yes, they don’t matter much in this bracket. The only bad thing about this bracket is, so many people want to be part of the broken specs so its filled with rogues and hunters.
