I thought you let your sub run out Maizou.
Honestly, Iâve been a career priest since TBC. A part of my brain wants to say âNAH! I got this!â but really, I donât have this, and bad class balancing is no reason why I should suffer. So I just donât think Iâm going to play priest in DF.
I think they want fewer players to play Priest in DF.
Thatâs an ironic statement, since this started as a comparison to Demo locks.
âWeâd rather you not play ______ right now.â
I also think they want fewer players to tank as Druids, given that they abandoned the Guardian tree 5 months ago and now are saying class trees are done except for some minor tuning.
Also donât want people playing Retribution Paladin.
I see youâre a Brewmaster. That spec is bottom tier also.
Show me where I said that the abilities I listed did / didnt specifically work on bosses and wasnt just a generalized list.
Good thing this is just a mission table and posting alt ![]()
Iâm going to be real with you.
Priestâs desirability in 5-mans is entirely tuning dependent. Rsham hasnât been âmetaâ in the same way hpriest has been for seasons 3 and 4 despite having an interrupt.
If (theoretically) priest brings the best damage and healing along with PI, top groups wonât care about it not having a kick. Most groups get along fine without a healer kick, itâs usually a nice bonus. This will trickle down to pugs. Monkey see monkey do.
TL;DR - Not having an interrupt is weird but also not a huge deal. Tier lists, rankings, and representation in top runs will determine if pugs want a priest.
The irony here is silence used to be baseline. Then it got stripped from the two heal specs for priests. It really causes issues with Disc especially. Oh how fun it was (not) having to remain shadow doing MoP rares when they were current content because otherwise I couldnât interrupt the 100% heal from some of them.
