Improved Blizzard for dungeons?

Is improved Blizzard good or bad for dungeons? Im a level 70 mage questing in Northrend with the frostbite talent. I also want to do some dungeons as i level. Is it a good or bad idea to spec improved blizzard for the slow? Does that mess tanks up, or will my frostbite procs cause trouble?

On the other hand… am i going to be looked down upon if i dont have improved blizzard for dungeons?

we need a better DUNGEON FINDER THEN SPAMING CHAT FOR HOURS AND GETTING NO WHERE

Sorry only original wotlk features are allowed in wotlk classic, have you tried getting a token?

Play fire for dungeons

You can get the talent that allows you to instant flame strike after dragons breath and blast wave.

You can dot up with a couple living bombs if mobs will live long enough, if not go then go the ole DB>FS>BW>FS

Fire is much better to level as when you’re into the 70s

Also use your highest rank flame strike and your 2nd highest flamestrike since the dot ground effects stack.

Also use glyph of blast wave, the knock back is hella annoying.
