If someone simply disliking a post you make causes you that much distress… better not apply for a job, like ever… there is no way you will be able to handle the rejection of an employer telling you NO if a simple downvote causes you that much distress. And better never apply for a position of leadership… someone might actaully… disagree with something that you say… they may even do it publicly as well.
