I’ve never heard of you. I too can make a character named after a WoW NPC and say coincidentally that Blizzard added me as an NPC.

Just received game-mail today from customer support giving me thanks for reporting a player for cheating, and that it has led to actions against their account, without giving too many details obv.
So I don’t think we should be seeing that player anymore.
