I see, just gonna ignore the part where I mentioned he was somehow, completely, 100% invisible, could not be targeted or able to be found anywhere in the map, while carrying the flag. When he didn’t have the flag, it was fine, he could be attacked and everything, but as soon as he picked it up. He’s gone. iight guy.
A little explanation would be epic though tbh. Was he hacking? Abusing?
Only thing I remember was going on the outskirts of the map and repeatedly dropping the flag and picking it up to make the annoying “badum!” sound effect.
Hacking would’ve got him banned, so scratch that off the list. Any bugs found were sent in an email to Blizzard, so whichever thing you were talking about, fixed already. Though, there are probably other ways to do what you’re talking about. In which case, I have no clue.
The previous exploit made the player invincible invisible and untargetable. This version should get the exploiter banned faster since you can right click report them
They gotta have meetings to discuss the issue then assign a team and team lead to discover the offenders then have a study to see if its actually a thing that can be stopped then they gotta watch hours and hours of game play while checking for bad software then they gotta have another meeting to discuss the findings of the study then they gotta have a meeting with coding dept to see if they can code WARDEN to stop it then they gotta have more meetings to discuss how long the bans will be then they gotta plan when to issue the massive ban wave and have meetings with PR to show us they care.
I mean that takes time.

Eventually they end up having a meeting to discuss why they have so many god damn meetings.
Funny how players with a different opinion than others get warnings and suspensions while cheaters/exploiters run free no matter how many people report them. Something’s definately wrong with their system.

Yup. Just got him in my Ashran and he is still cheating. You can curse and get almost instant suspension, but cheating with strong evidence goes nowhere.
In other games they start to move cheaters/hackers around so they fight each other in the same lobbies.

i was the only person in this game to know how to go immune. someone must have figured it out too.

yes, you can go immune to damage; but they should not be able to attack back.
if they are fighting back while immune entirely. then yes its probably an exploit.
but going immune to damage for a long time, is not actually cheating. its a hidden secret i discovered long ago. im thinking, they mighta figured it out if this is the case.
if they did. kudos to them.
At this point, everyone insists all the unfair things they’re doing aren’t exploiting/cheating.

yes i get it, im seeing ppl exploit the DF gear at level 60 by not leveling up… so exploits are happening.
however. i have never been banned ever for exploiting in my 608 days played in wow. i was reported often… and often called a hacker. blizzard would nerf my tricks when they became way too powerful. ive been nerfed over 225 times directly, that never affected anyone else.
nonetheless. ive never exploited. its just used my knowledge to create things beyond the scope of what most people ever attempt… hence why there is an entire scenario dedicated with my NPC and NPC guild. illidan scenario.
but yeah the cheaters in this game. ive seen 2 so far in my 3 days back. im not one to call ppl out for cheating, but ive seen the DF gear exploits by inspecting ppl.
there are some knowledgeable players, but i dont think anyone has ever come close to my knowledge of secrets in this game.

lol “ exploit df gear by not leveling up”. for someone who claims to be informed you kinda missed the mark on this one. yes some 60’s were using df to get reputation rewards but everything besides one ring have been fixed. that ring was available to everyone on a shadowlands capped (cant level past 60) account during the df trial a few weeks ago. no need to exploit when you can’t get xp.
is that the toon you play at 60?
