So I got suspended yesterday (10/18) @ around 12:30 pst for name violation… My fault.
Per the email it should have ended 10/19 @ 12:31 but when I logged in at 12:32 I was hit with a 48 hour suspension.
It’s a known issue, and you need to submit a ticket, make sure you let the GMs know you got hit with the bug.
There’s already a main thread about this issue, Blizzard staff addressed this is a bug.
