I tried lorewalking it’ll be fun they said… I did the 1st quest as Arthas and cho came in and then he vanished. I am now stuck as Arthas and I’ve tried opening a ticket and the character stuck service. i abandoned the quest but still i am Arthas. The ticket i opened last night vanished… this is a strange shapeshift form and I want to be a bear again…
Do you have the scroll to leave? Sounds the same as this post in which OP queued a follower dungeon.
Might need a bug report.

lol I did go double check for the scroll , and I did get a bug report in. Thank you for the link ill read through it.
