Player made problems have player made solutions. I think there should be a huge war on all servers and who ever wins takes over the server. Takes the cities mounts and all that. So you can have horde worlds and alliance worlds. Depending on who won. Every time you go outside of a city you get an arena flag on you so wpvp still can be a thing. You can group up with people of course. That’s just my 2 cents.
I also think this will make people realize that it’s not just the other faction that plays cowardly and needs numbers. It’s on both sides. Oh and I know lore wise this wouldn’t make sense but I do know for a fact Blizzard doesn’t care about lore anymore so that’s a non issue.

Drop the factions for anything that isnt guild/wpvp/storyline
Queues and premade are now both horde/alliance
There’s now a summoning stone at the start of the raid to prevent trolling wpvp.

Well this can’t end well.
I scrap wow and make a mobile mmo as wow 2 and release Classic wotlk. I make the most money wow has ever done and retire 5 years later.

Remove mercenary mode from BGs.
Hire a dev who is as biased for the Alliance and Ion is for the Horde.

Horde victory, remove the Alliance. Players can still choose Alliance races but will start off in a new starter zone: “Slave Pit”
