Hey all! Gloombolts here! A few days ago I posted on the forums to start building up our community on Stormrage - Alliance. We have had a decent amount of growth over the last couple of days.
We are building up a raid group (25 man) - casual group - for 2 days a week.
Also a hard core raiding group (25man) - for 4 days a week.
A hard core (10man) raiding group - 3 days a week.
We’re also creating 5 to 6 mythic plus teams so everyone gets a chance to experience the increase in difficulty of timed instances.

Demon Hunter x2 - Either spec works. Keyboard face rolling monsters. No judgements.
Survival Hunter x2 - I don’t know why you don’t want to shoot things. But you can wack things too I guess. O_o
Windwalker x2 - Only for the most serious of Melee theory crafting experts. Honor and respect!
Feral Druid x2 - Looking for those powerful pouncing kitty claw slashers. Will ask to pet you first. I don’t want to get mauled.

Affliction Warlocks x2: Dots and more dots and evil laughing. For the dark gods!
Destruction Warlocks x2: Evil fire mages. Do what you want. Throw in a little chaos!
Demonology Warlocks: x1: I personally don’t believe with selling your soul to summon demons out of a book. But hey, my body is cloaked in shadows. I am not going to judge.
When it comes to raiding mats now and in Shadowlands. The officers will provide what you need. Guild mates who want to help out can do so! It isn’t required. We don’t want you to get burnt out! WE WANT YOU TO HAVE FUN!
What is required. ADD ONS, you watch and know the fights from watching them before experiencing them. Know your class and spec. If you don’t, ask us in guild. We will help you! We want to help you! We want that old school classic and burning crusade community going on. If you need help with your User Interface, setting up your add ons. Ask us. Will get you going. Key bindings too. Even though we pride ourselves on being a drama free guild. No clickers allowed. Unless you got all your abilities/macros - bound to a clicky game mouse button doom thing.

We want to build friendships and keep this guild going for a long time. Even if you had to take a year or more off from the game. Will still be here when you get back from your real life stuff!
We have a small roster right now. But everyone currently in our guild have been server first in some expansions. Currently we only have enough active players doing Mythic plus runs. In the next coming weeks our guild will grow. When the guild is set up. Raiding days and times will be posted. If another raid group has to be formed. We will do so. To accommodate everyone who joins. Once the raid groups are formed and the schedules work for everyone. We as a guild will be taking everyone to older raiding content and getting them ready for the latest tier in raiding.
We also understand a lot of new or returning players are older. Have work, family, life things that take priority over a video game. Because of that and blizzards new loot specialization system. We are not going to punish players for deciding they don’t want to go to raid or can’t go to raid. We are going to keep going without someone that week. But next week, hey guess what, you’re welcome back to the raid team. With no grudge or drama. If someone can’t come because of real life. Our view is REAL LIFE > WoW.
With the no pressure mindset. We believe will be able to keep the stressful, job like atmosphere out of our guild. We want players to have fun, get help from veterans of the game. We don’t want people to get burnt out or feel like this is a job. Our raid times and raid days are not setup yet as we are still building up the guild right now.
I am being completely open and honest about the guild because:
A) I don’t want to waste your time of where we stand as a brand new guild.
B) I understand it’s the end of an expansion and nobody really wants to do much except chill.
C) I know some people are branching out to look for an old school community like Classic and BC. No Refunds is like that. We care about being social with guildmate’s.
D) Maybe you had a falling out with a guild and are looking for a new home. Without drama.
E) Perhaps you want to level an alt in a new guild and see where the fun takes you.
