Not from weekly quests, not from special assignment world quests. I was able to buy 3 for the vendor but that is all. What is going on? It has been 2 weeks that I know for sure.
It’s unfortunately a bug. You can add your report to the ongoing thread in the Bug Report forum, or also submit a report in game.
