Man… I really love this game but I just am SO over the dragon mounts. Yes, all 4 of them lol. 4 MOUNTS! and the customizations hardly make them any different than the other 40+ in the zone. To still only have 4 and they all basically look the same under each one is just so bland.

What I dislike the most is the limited colors and how all the colors are basically boring primary crayola kindergarten basics. I want a cool teal or sky blue or one with an interesting gradient.

Same. I really like Dragon Riding but I’m so sick of looking at these ugly dragon mounts instead of one of the hundred super cool ones I have.

Good news: there will be two new dragon mounts in 2 days.
I find it odd I can’t use the dragons I already have for dragon flying.
I’m guessing it’s a model code thing?

Is it only one? I thought there was two when I saw it on Instagram.
Either way, there will soon be 5 (or 6) for the OP to be bored of in two days.
There is the serpent one from world content, the raid skin for the highland drake that is a recolor of the s1 gladiator mount and then the gladiator mount which is an armored/fiery version of the new serpent one.
One dragon mount, which looks stupid with its giraffe neck.
One reskin, which likely comes off the last boss of the raid and is an individual drop-chance like the Rasz reskin was.

It’s just one, the Winding Slitherdrake.
You may have misread where it said “2 new Dragon Riding traits”. Or maybe you saw the Gladiator mount / Raid skin.
So that means just one then since the other 2 you mentioned are just reskins. 1 of the existing drake and the other of the new noodle.
So many of my favorite mounts aren’t dragons.
Wind Riders, Rockets, Mechs, Kites.
I always thought the Dragon mounts were pretty boring.
Then we got Dragonriding, and it’s amazing! It’s so much fun. But I’m stuck to the same 4 dragon mounts.

At this point idc either way about old flying. I used to say let us have both. Now just let me dragonride any mount.
I have no problem with my dragons.
I mean, they’re just a transport. They do what they have to do and nothing more.
In any case, I’d like to see other mounts get the same treatment.
Mounts of the feline family should have less fall damage or be able to jump more distance than the rest.
Wolves and Raptors should have some fear or silence.
Big mounts like Kodos should have some kind of area Stun.
Changes that give more sense to the mounts and make them more interactive with the world.

I’d like some class themed customizations. An undead skin for DKs, A bunch of weapons and shields or maybe blood dripping from the dragon’s mouth for my Warrior, Barrels of ale and scrolls for my Monk, you know class stuff.
