Arcane 4p is 5800, Frost 4p is 4650 according to current data.

Yeah ok you just made them up. Besides, if you want to sound more convincing, sets are being compared in % not in raw value. Arcane sims more, thus also getting more. You don’t have to put that much effort into it, it has already been simmed and discussed - Frost mage 4p is the strongest out of the mages, by a few decimal %. You were simply wrong.
I just want deep freeze to do damage in PvE again.

If someone gets 3% out of a 4p and the other 4% out of a 4p then the 4% is objectively better. That’s how it works. That’s how we compare set pieces.
