I came here with the expectation of being able to play allied races. I am a new player and I wanted my Mag’har orcs. I grinded over 4 days from 1-120 just to start the rep grind. I had NO IDEA the rep grind was going to take so long. Quests giving me 75 rep points is an absolute JOKE. I’m literally carrying the damn Horde in the story because everyone else can’t get anything done without me. I saved Zandalar! I saved whole villages, the king, etc. Why am I getting so little in return? In the real world if you saved a world leader you’d be hailed a hero and given all the honors. In this game your given 11 gold and then told to move on to the next thing. Nothing I do feels impactful and the game feels very closed off from the options a player should expect from an MMO RPG .
I paid to have fun, not be bored to tears with constant repetition. I’m not giving another penny out of my pocket to this waste of time unless something changes. I dont want to hear I have to wait a year for gameplay fixes. I dont want to hear I have to grind for another week or two to begin the character I wanted from the beginning. This is a PAID service! Give me something worth my time and money! Current 8.3 ain’t it. I watched 5 people I know quit and I am joining them! I have no idea who’s making the decisions on these things but they don’t get it one bit. People arent going to keep paying you just because you found ways to drag things out. If it’s not fun beginning to end, it’s not worth it.

To be honest you’re not wrong, and the sad thing is I see people not having any fun yet religiously playing this game every day.
Don’t get me wrong, I want the game to do well because I enjoy the core gameplay, but people who rush through content as fast as possible to get Blizzard’s shiny new carrots should quit because they’ll never truly be enjoying anything.

well now, here’s the thing. I didn’t play WoW UNTIL I saw the allied races. I LOVE warcraft Lore. And I am a huge Garrosh fan. I wanted to RP a Warsong Clan Orc Arms Warrior! That has been all I wanted since day 1. I wanted to take my time in WoD…AS A MAG’HAR ORC. I had to rush, rush, rush just so I could do that. Oh and btw, still cant because it’s still locked. Why arent they a bonus to buying current expansions? I’d take them over a pet or mount any day! This whole experience has been a horrible, brutally, punishing, experience.

This game used to be very fun now it is at category 6 boring. I’m not having fun at all.
I remember in vanilla people had a blast doing molten core with a 40 man raid. And people actually worked together as a team and had fun. Now it just feels like a endless treadmill no matter how much you run your still at that one spot. All your doing is tiring yourself out for nothing.

exactly! I dont get to see my own guildies 95% of the time because of stupid rep grinds and garbage that no one even likes! You get a daily for a dungeon with randoms and you are rushing to get things done ASAP. Tank already had the daily done so he bounced. So we had to do the dungeon without a tank. As a DPS I’m not getting those pops more than like once every 33-35 minutes! Nobody wants to contribute to the war efforts or do the BFA dungeons. Why? THEY ARE BORING! THIS GAME IS BORING! BFA IS TERRIBLE! I cant do what I want, when I want. Because if I played the game the way I wanted I’d NEVER get my Mag’har. I’d NEVER get my Rep maxed. I’d NEVER be able to fly outside of Classic World. Look this is all just so horrible beyond words! This is literally THE WORST experience I’ve ever had in ANY MMO!

Imagine complaining about Maghar/DID requirements when they are by far the easiest AR to unlock in the game. I am pretty sure you can get Exalted in probably 8 days (Tuesday to Tuesday for 2 sets of islands) since you get Honorbound/SI:7 rep for breathing.

no you get rep by doing boring crap that is anything but enjoyable. I want to play other expansions, not BFA. There is nothing about BFA I liked save for the cinematics.

I can understand grinding alittle to unlock races and stuff but it seems a bit excessive even in legion I still have not unlocked lightforge draenei yet cause each quest give like 75 rep.

I came back to mess around as well. Already tired of the dailes after 2 days and pvp queues are so absurd that I can’t even bring myself to to BG. And I used to live in BGs.

10 min pvp q are okay its the raid finder q’s I was in a 2 hour q just to get in a raid finder raid cause it couldn’t find two tanks. Which I later cancelled out cause there was no tanks.
I used to be able to take queues - but maybe its because i’m pushing 40 that I just can’t stand afking in town waiting for my queues.
