I'm bored already

Fair enough, previous statement revised.

Go pound sand. SL was a huge failure and mandatory grinds with player power attached was a big reason why.

Do you have all the DF achieves? Have you done all the dragon races at gold level? Have you collected all the battle pets? Have you maxed out your professions? Have you completed each and every side quest in DF? Is all your rep/reknown maxed out? Have you done this on all your alts?

Edit: I wrote this before your link. I am now looking through the achieves to see if there are any glaring omissions.

Man, I’m having the opposite feeling. I can’t wait to log and do whatever it is I feel like doing in the game for the most part! Still have the weekly stuff that’s worth getting done so you sort of have things you need to achieve throughout the week, but other than that? I do whatever my heart wants in the moment. It’s a game, do as you please, don’t require the game to tell you what to do to have fun. I kinda understand you maybe a little at this very point in time, but I think once M+, arenas, and raid come out in a week? I’ll always have something to do and always be having fun playing the game instead of doing chores that papa blizzard says I have to do before I can go outside the themepark and play with my friends so to speak

You have all professions maxed?
You have all the recipes unlocked?
Do you have feasts stocked up?

There’s always gold making

Try going outside? Wow isn’t a job lmao

I have done all races at advanced gold, yes. Took me less than a day!

I’ve not maxed out my profession yet, its weird to come across mats still I feel - any advice? (Enchanter)

I’ve completed a lot of the side quests I could find, but I suppose I could go do some more, yeah.
Whenever I log on - that is basically what I do.

My rep is not maxed cause I don’t really know what to do for it.
Grind keys? - yeah, that bored me fast :frowning:
What do I do for the others?

I have not done all this on my alts cause I just felt “meh” about it.
Its certainly something I could do - but, “meh”. :frowning:

SL sold a lot of copies for a reason, more than DF. DF isn’t even a full xpac, it’s missing half the content.

Players no lifing the game then whining about boredom was option one on my DF bingo card. Happens in every new release of every expansion in every game and this forum never dissapoints.

Nope
Nope
Nope - don’t see a point to that one…

I have 3.5mil gold, own the brutosaur and 670 mounts, idk how many pets <.<
I don’t have much reason to farm gold…
… but thats something I have done every expansion, so it’s not DF exclusive, which confuses me.

Thanks for the advices tho.

Nah in a month or less everyone else will complain about it too, DF has virtually no meaningful grind or content.

I would if I didn’t have:
Crippling anxiety, severe depression, nerve pain, and live in a semi-bad neighbourhood.
There’s nothing to go out to here except… … bad stuff <.>

I mean there is something you can do.

Work on professions yeah, I guess. I find it hard tho to find mats for enchanting and level it.
im at 47 or so in it now and just felt like it slowed down a lot…

Oh they all kind of slowed down. That’s why I’m still working on it

And probably will spend a few months just for half of the professions you can do to get maxed let alone skilled up

I don’t think you’re a troll and I won’t take a jab at you for a difference in opinion.

That being said, I think you should welcome the fact that you’ve been given the opportunity to explore things on your own without a mandatory element. It’s very easy to be told what to do and for some it’s a welcome change; however there is greatness behind having the freedom to do whatever you want including putting the game down once you’ve accomplished your goals for the day.

Funny haha, I just meant it as a metaphor for being allowed to make my own fun in the game instead of blizz deciding what they think is fun and forcing it down my throat in order to stay competitive before I can do what I want in the game.

Pet battles are pretty fun. You could work on that.

Honestly, you have to figure out what is fun for you. No one else can do that for you. And if you’re really, truly bored with WoW, take a break and learn to play piano. Trust me, you’ll never run out of repertoire to learn (and if you’re good enough, you can make some actual money at it).

Hm. Yeah I just don’t know HOW to work on it, I guess. Besides buying mats from AH and that feels overpriced atm. :frowning:

But yeah that’s a long term thing which will be easier later on.

Well I use an alt and disenchant their leveling craft
