Hey! I just got back into pc gaming and I am currently playing new world and the more I play the more I miss wow. Today I decided to look into getting back into wow and I am looking for a home to help/guide me on catching up. I am a team player and enjoy playing with others vs solo. I have not played since the ending of mist of Panderia. I don’t know anyone currently playing wow. In the past, I’ve played Boomkin, pally tank, dk, tank, warrior tank, priest, mage, and warlock. I enjoy raiding and completing end-game content. I think lich king was my favorite. I still sometimes play the old ending video when lich king falls. It still gives me the chills. lol… I am a retired veteran and loyal as they come. My playtime is limited to nights and weekends with limited access while I’m at work during the week. [A] Descendants of Lore is a semi-casual Alliance raiding guild on Khadgar/Alleria/Exodar/Medivh that has been around and consistently raiding since Vanilla (15 + Years). We are a small to medium sized, close-knit guild of friendly, mature players, with the majority being over the age of 30 with, jobs, families, and adult responsibilities. We are careful with recruiting so no one gets lost in the crowd and everyone has a raid spot.
We offer a laid back environment with dedicated players willing to put in the work to succeed but not at the expense of fun or sanity. We are currently:

We make a push for Heroic each expansion and sometimes dip a toe into a Mythic boss or two when we have the roster.
We raid Sundays from 4pm-8pm CST. (2-6 pm Pacific) and every other Saturday with plenty of opportunities for Mythic + throughout the week.
We are looking for mature, friendly, active, and dedicated players to join us for Shadowlands and beyond.
If you wish to raid, we expect you to come prepared (food, flasks, enchants, gems, know your class and rotation) and on time, come with a good attitude and know how to wipe with dignity and work towards progress.
We will accept anyone who would be a good fit for our guild, and can currently accommodate almost any class, but are especially looking for a mage, Death Knight and Fury/Arms Warrior and 2 healers to round out our raid team. Also, may have room for 1 experienced raid tank for the right person. We are consistently raiding, but working to get our raid group back up to 20 people.

Hey Virtues, fiorst off, thanks for the service you provided my family and country. Second off, I am the Guild Leader of Melting Snowflakes. An adult guild located on Stormrage. The 2 of us have a lot in common. First, we both like playing WOW, duh !! But other than that, I too find ICC to be my favorite raid, followed closely by Firelands. Secondly, I took an extended break during Mists and returned for Battle For Azeroth to play with the wife and 2 of my sons. The wife still plays, but the attention span of my sons prevented them from still be involved in the game.
But where you really grabbed me was the Quality > Quantity. Like you I do not want a large guild. My lone officer and I decided that approximately 350 people is the limit of what we are looking for in guild size. I can not fathom trying to run a guild of a 1000 people and then having to start a second guild because it just keeps growing. I say lone officer because my officer slots have to be earned by its members. Are you active? Are you Helpful? Do you put the guild ahead of you (Sort of, a line has to be drawn somewhere. I am onlky talking in game of course.)? Are you a social player who can be expected as well as willing to converse with others? Not to mention I have been gaming with the guy for the past 7+ years that started outside of WoW.
Enough of that though, Melting Snowflakes is an adult guild and adult humor will be encountered. Sometimes it can get rather raunchy, but the Guild’s Main Rule is still applied and observed in all case, “Respect is Earned, Common Courtesy is a Requirement”. We do not tolerate Toxic players or Drama Llamas. Our activity runs throughout the day with the wee hours of the morning or the late hours of the nights, however you wish to call it, but it is still those times between 2a - 6a.
As far as be guided on catch up, all you need to do is ask, but it is better in discord as our most active players are there when they are online or can be easily coaxed into discord with a simple request. We Focus on Mythic+ Keys and Social interaction. We have recently started a Raid Team with our first night of raiding coming on patch day (1st catch up mechanic, patch day is still patch day. lmao). I could tell you all sorts of good things about Melting Snowflakes, but you will have ot experience it for yourself to understand. Because of such I have sent a Discord Friend Request, Morgurth#1113. Hello fellow WoW veteran!
We are Munchma Quchi (9/10H SoD), and we are looking for DPS and a healer that can flex DPS when needed to fill the holes in our roster. We need: warrior (Arms/Fury), warlock, monk (WW), shaman (Ele/Resto), and rogue. We will consider demon hunters, mages and hunters as well.
I don’t believe there’s anyone in our raid group under the age of 25, so we’re clearly an adult atmosphere. We all have lives, jobs and families and can’t no-life the game like we did back in the day, but we can still clear content and have a good time together.
We raid Tues/Weds nights at 9:15pm-11:15pm EST. Enchants, consumables and repairs are provided by us for our raiders. We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and the willingness to learn. We have dabbled in mythic, and have achieved AOTC in every tier since we began in Legion. We also do the Glory of the [Insert Tier Here] Raider achievements every tier.
We run keys daily, we like to PVP (RBG group is a possibility with enough interest), and some of us play other games outside of WoW (le gasp, I know). We have a Free Company on Crystal - Coeurl in FFXIV, and a bunch of us are CoD/Overwatch addicts. We have some social members who don’t raid, but like to run keys and chase achievements. We like to expand our friend group where possible. 
We are small but active, and we have been consistently playing together as a group since Legion. I myself have been a raid leader since Molten Core was current content. We moved from Daggerspine to Thrall this spring, and we have found some really solid folks to join us thus far. We’d love to have even more while we finish off Sanctum of Domination! We’re looking for people who vibe with our brand of weird, and we tend to keep people for the longhaul. Come for the content, stay for the friends.

Good evening! We would love to have you join our family if we sound like a good fit! From Ashes is an alliance guild my husband and I lead on the Whisperwind/ Dentarg servers. We are a social/ casual guild with a low stress raiding environment. Most of our members are older members (most are between mid 30s - 50s) with children and full time jobs. Our goal is to have a guild that feels like a family, where our members actually care about one another and want to hang out. We are firm believers that real life comes first and that this is supposed to be something we enjoy, not a job. Meme Machine Is a guild on Thrall with an emphasis on Heroic and Mythic progression.
Raid days & times: Weds/Thurs 9PM-11:30PM EST.
Currently 9/10H as a guild with many people having previous mythic experience. Once we get a couple more people to round out the roster we will move to Mythic raid progression. We are still a pretty new guild as our charter was signed Oct 14th. Our biggest goal is just to push as far as we can each tier while always helping each other succeed as a guild. RL 5/10M EXP!! Casual players, PvP, Mythic+ everyone is welcome!

Although anyone is welcome to join that wants to run dungeons or just be social, we do have expectations for raiders:
