Isn’t that what makes the game more fun? Seriously think about it. The perfect game doesn’t mean you can do everything just as planned when you want too. It means you have to make adaption’s in your play style to create better builds/gearing for the content you want to do. This also means planning, gold farming, profs in order to support your play style. This adds the proper depth to the game making it better.
This is why the old expansions are vastly superior than Retail.
Hope not it would ruin TBC for a lot of people. Changes to TBC kinda ruins the purpose of having TBC. Not having dual spec just makes TBC better.
Think of it this way, the max respec cost is the same, while the amount of raw gold you farm from everything has gone up, its a lot cheaper to respec multiple times a week in TBC than it was in classic.
lmao, you are clearly blind. Players are the ones ruining the game, day 1 clear’s for raids on TBC release. even if Duel spec was added, it wouldn’t change one thing, the players. But this give them another tool to be exploited, which will prove one thing, min/max the game because of it’s flaws are known will destroy it in the long run.
So what you are saying is to ruin it more? That is how unplayable retail happened. They started putting in garbage changes and no one said anything. So it’s downward spiral happened to the dumpsterfire it is today.
I don’t understand how you can’t look at history and realize these facts. This is why some changes don’t work since it enables people to make a case for their ridiculous change that would ruin the game.
Ideas like Merc mode (which is toxic) and Dual spec (it’s in WotLK) among other suggested changes need to stay away from TBC. It’s really unhealthy! Just enjoy what we got and stop trying to make TBC worse. Honestly that isn’t asking for much.
The reason the hype around TBC wasn’t as good is because of changes and it got rushed. TBC was the perfect expansion. Just enjoy what we can from it. It isn’t complicated.
You know you could always go on retail, make a new character, talk to Chromie, and just level in the TBC zones. Its the exact same quests since TBC was never really changed that much. You can have your dungeon finder, infinite respec, etc over there. All of the QoL things you could possibly want.
LK, one of the best expansions in the history of WoW, argued by a majority of the playerbase who played all expansions to be the best. Had Dual Spec, and that was at the games peak.
You can’t see another players hp unless your grouped with them. Transmog would make it impossible to tell how geared someone is. Imagine some rogue in full T3 running around looking naked and killing people. He’d probably get reported for hacking when he is just mogging his gear.
