You are not the majority which is why Blizzard has not done that.

It’s a waste of money for them for the 500 people who want to sit around exploring the Outlands for 50K hours.

Can you tell me how perm. Wrath servers will be different? Wrath is BC+. In Wrath, you level, do heroic dungeons and raid. Just like BC.
