Since the preorders went up. I told them that I demand a refund since they technically sold me a product that is not performing the way it should. I also said if they didn’t issue it I would call my credit card company and dispute the charge. All I got back was an automated response saying pretty much “this is a one time thing, don’t expect it again. here’s your refund.”
Edit: They also said this “In this case, we are able to get an exception to refund your order as it is within our refund policy as this is still a preorder.” So everyone should be able to get a refund.

Yep, this crap happens when I Fel Rush or cast Immolation Aura.
/reload fix it temporarily until the next Fel Rush…
But I am not sure if other people still see the effect when it drops from my side.
We should get the Money back while still keeping this stupid Epic Expansion pack.
Shame on You Freaking Blizzard… you are dropping the Ball…
And please, if u ever fix it make it so we can tweak the colors.

Honestly, everybody deserves a refund for this. It’s inexcusable.

On the plus side, un-equipping and re-equipping your weapons brings it back. On the downside, it goes away after every pull. Really annoying.

Be careful with that, if you didn’t contact them about a refund first they may ban your account for charge reversals like that. A friend of mine once had their account closed for having their charges reversed on something they wanted a refund on
And I think “account closure” means no access to any Blizzard game that uses Battle net.

still broken as of now come on blizz fix this already we paid premium game price for this and it just doesnt work but what else can i expect from actiblizz they just care that they gouge you for the money and then deliver a product that doesnt even work

Well, it’s almost 2020 and Wraithchill is STILL broken.
Blizzard have released illusion:wraithchill in epic edition 2month ago.
it has bug for some class(DH,DK etc) to disappear illusion when use skill. but they did not bug fix. i paid epic edition for only getting illusion. they are frauder
i hope to bug fix asap

Just watch, some nosepicker GM will eventually come along and say “Oh yeah, it’s actually the addons you guys are all running, go delete all your files and see if that helps.”
Just noticed this flashing whilst mounted in Shadowform, it appears to be your whole character not just your weapon illusion

Edit: Also Wraithchill doesn’t work full stop in Shadowform, please do fix.

Amazing, paid content that breaks. My shadowform removes the enchant up and leaves the small glow effect, unless I turn off shadow form. Its worthless to even use, thanks blizzard.

I hope guardian droods can tmog this on their artifact weapons sometime in the future 
As of 1/3/2020, this bug still has not been fixed. Really hope that this doesn’t cost a raid tier to get sorted.

I reported this pretty much on day one of this item. I’m very sad to see it hasn’t been addressed yet.
It’s known what causes it;
- When an ability casts it’s own effect on your weapon, it will replace the enchantment.
