I’m thinking about getting a full back tattoo of my boy Illidan.
Can anyone with back tattoos tell me what the most painful part will be?

It’s not going to feel good on the spine but should be manageable. The sides might feel a little tender.
Def big ups if you actually got illy tatted tho. 
The most painful part will probably be the mockery and shame for getting a full back tattoo of your boi illidan.

I got metatrons cube on my sternum with stuff around it and that part was a lot painful
I first read this like you were getting the “Betrayer” tattoos just like Illidan has rather than a tattoo of Illidan himself.
At the very least, the Betrayer tattoos would still honor your fandom of the character while also being generic enough to stay “cool” even if your feelings toward the game change at any point in the future.

I’ve got more than a few but the worst was probably getting my fingers done, though it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, more annoying than anything.

Scapula area, especially if you have little fat/muscle. Over the spine as well, pretty much any area that is close to bone.
True, but I’m sure that’s a good conversation starter for you! 
Careful about getting WoW tattoos. They’re far, far more permanent than Blizzard’s lore.
You could wake up a year down the road and they’ve turned Illidan into a dreadlord who was only fake fighting Sargeras to lower our guard while the two of them went off to build The Legion 2: Electric Bugaloo. Or really anything else, I mean they retconned Arthas and Sylvanas and their happenings a decade after they took place with SL so anything’s possible.
That said if you’re still enamored with WoW and think it’s an important part of your life then best of luck, I’m sure it’ll look pretty amazing.

The spine from what I heard is the worst. All the nerves and such
Why would anyone want to do this. Illidan sucks. Get like the horde symbol or something instead.
Illidan is a whiny man-baby whose greatest ambition in life was to seduce his sister-in-law.
I would not recommend this tattoo.
You know what you’re right. Come to think of it Illidan was kinda a simp.
And I mean Tyrande isn’t even that hot.
Eh idk. When I got my tattoo it just felt like being scratched on the same area over and over. Wasn’t painful. Just a bit uncomfortable. Felt fine or good at times.
