Illidan Back Tattoo

I think it’s best to start small, see how it goes. I suggest a tattoo on your lower back, about waist level.

“YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!”

This will stay relevant always.

Spine, kidneys, lower back (but I have a lumbar injury, lots of scar tissue). Have a full bodysuit.

Hydrate and eat a good meal beforehand. Being a few gatorades with you and something to snack on. Sugar is your friend.

I don’t have any tattoos but I’ve heard the back of the hand is pretty terrible. Apparently the elbow is another bad spot.

This is from a TV show or movie?

Never mind, I looked it up, it looks like it’s neo-religious pseudo-occult stuff. Unless I’m mistaken.

Spine can be a little spicy but overall the back isn’t too bad pain wise for the actual tattoo; but be prepared for it to mess with your nerves, you might be perfectly fine and then randomly have to sit up to vomit, and you’re gonna have a bunch of involuntary muscle twitches as they’re tattooing you so just try to sit extra still.

The part that’s gonna get you is recovery, when I got my phoenix on my back I was pretty much sore all over and it was dreadful to move, and I sleep pretty much directly on my back so that was a whole process to slowly lay down onto. That said the overall recovery of my back was probably the quickest of any I had done, when I removed the wrap about 4 days later I was pretty much good to go with all soreness being gone in less than two weeks; and being able to actually scratch because of having a shirt on was a big bonus when the itching starts.

People can have whatever they want and like. It’s really the price you can afford and the artist you have that makes a tattoos quality.

I have a back tattoo and the most painful part for me was around the spine. Also by armpits and ribs is slightly painful.

I want to get a wow tattoo as well but haven’t yet committed to what yet.

Your shoulder blades depending on the spot. Also the spine. Going even close to your spine can make you twitch.

I have a xenomorph and yautja on my back. The Xeno however hurt so much I ended up naming the dang tattoo

Anything on joints usually isn’t fun but I definitely think people shouldn’t be afraid of the pain if that’s what’s stopping them from getting inked.

It sounds scarier than it is, what you should be more cautious about is doing your research and making sure your artist is clean and qualified and proficient in the style you want.

Spine is the roughest spot. Also, hit Bed, Bath, and Beyond for an extendable back scratcher, a soft shower glove, and some hair ties. You will want to extend the scratcher, put the glove on the scratching end, coat it with Aquaphor. and tightly wrap the glove to the scratcher with the hair ties. keeping it moist the first 6-7 days helps.

Honestly I fell asleep during one tattoo. It was NOTHING compared to my shoulder tattoos and my tattoo artist had Eisbrecher playing. So that with the droning of the machine made me take a nap for like 15 minutes lol. The parts where they wipe the tattoo with soap also felt godlike

The healing process is fine for me until you start to get itchy so good call with the back scratcher.

So much non scented lotion lol.

Lmao, spend 4 grand on a permanent reminder of the thing you wont be playing, and basically no one will know about in 10+ years.

couldn’t of said it better myself

Honestly, the spine wasnt even the bad part, it was closer to the lower back. My biggest issue with the back tattoo was how many nerves there are on your back and you feel everything when the needle is hitting you.

I mean. I got a my little pony tattoo that I still love and its been ages since I got it.

Heck sometimes I smelled things that wouldn’t be at a tattoo shop just because of nerves getting messed with. Like imagine getting ink done and you smell cookies for some reason. That’s what happened to me.

Also OP. If your tattoo idea is big. Best to split the process and maybe try getting the lineart done. Wait a few weeks to recover. Then go back and get it finished. I did that with my back ink just to give my body a break.

I got Illidan’s Blindfold tattooed as a g-string.

I didn’t do it for others to see, I did it to feel myself.

(I kid btw)

~wonders why people let other people draw on them

My votes on a nzoth ab/breast tattoo and when you reveal your underboob his head opens.
I’ve wanted my foot/ankle tattooed for a while, I really like the sha corruption artstyle, idk if I’d go as far as having an individual character from a story tattooed on me.
