Ignoring Sylvanas point makes you just seem willfully blind

Don’t the army of light have a dread lord in their ranks…?

So, did Sylvanas give the order and engineer the Wrathgate?

“We’re not saying one way or another,” Danuser said. “We want you to see how the story plays out in the chapters to come. Sylvanas has certainly had an interesting history, and looking back at the choices she made is something we want the players to look back at and revisit.”

They do. And based on certain other things revealed in SL, he might actually be a spy.

Seems like a far cry from saying “She definitely did it.”

As far as we know, she didn’t do it. It makes no sense to stage a coup against herself.

Yes.

Alex said she did it and Dan is basically saying “she might’ve, she might have not “

Alex misspoke.

Entirely ignoring the point that even if you pin wrath gate on Sylvanas, that doesn’t equate to Kel’thuzad, Lady Vashj,Kael’thas or Garrosh wins that would have destroyed the planet.

But boohoo Sylvanas killed some solders and wounded the lich king

M A W

Where is the statement on that?

Because when one said she did it and the other says “she could have” it basically points to it being “yes she did it”

Maybe the denizens of Shadowlands saw that a force was set up to take on Arthas (who is using stolen armaments from Shadowlands) and Sylvanas mucked it all up.

Arthas upset the balance a lot so I’m guessing shadowlands was ready to get their hands on him.

Edit: And yes I know it’s Putress, but a leader is responsible for the actions of their people.

You’re still on wrathgate.

Tell me how that’s worse than trying to summon Kiljaden into the planet???

No she didn’t…which is the point. Everything she’s done since WOTLK and Arthas’ death has been her own decision to do so…she actively chooses to harm others and shows no sign of regret for it… Kel’thuzad also didn’t go to a necessarily GOOD realm either, he’s in Maldraxxus where souls hunger for power and glory… which makes sense given Kel’thuzad’s drive to control and obtain knowledge as a source of power and control… Sylvanas wasn’t sent to Maldraxxus cause she doesn’t fight for the thrill of it…nor Revendreth because she’d never admit her faults and move beyond them…thus the maw.

Garrosh Hellscream.

I already told you and you just went on a stupid tangent. They don’t just judge based purely on action but also on the individual.

Nothing has ever stopped elves from being with humans.

True.

True.

She did not deserve the Maw at that point, but it might have been a trick on her mind.

She is not right. She hasn’t been right since she took a nosedive off of ICC.

She may deserve it now, after everything.

It wasn’t the maw at that time, though. The maw is a new concept, and the writers just wrote themselves into a corner. That’s why I said they are 2 different paradigms. Following that logic, kel thus as and garrían also would have ended up in the same place with sylv.

Garrosh got villain batted hard in MoP…so? Before MoP and his character assassination he was a pretty decent Orc.

“We’re not saying yes or no” does not mean “yes.”

He died in WoD though and still didn’t go to the maw

It basically comes out to “maybe” which leaves only Alex’s comment to go based off of.

For one thing we have it confirmed that Denathrius snatched him up as an anima source…much like how Uther tossed Arthas into the Maw before he reached the Arbiter…we have no clue where Garrosh SHOULD have gone…
