Ignored players aren't actually blocked

Continuous Harassment

Why is it that after you put someone on ignore they can still send you ingame mail and continue to harass people ? Is there no way to ACTUALLY ignore somoene without recieviong mail from them ? So if I keep recieving threats and the police won’t do anything , blizz won’t do anything , I’m just left with 0 options and forced to be harassed by this person for as long as they see fit ??? I thought this was a safe gaming space , clearly it isnt if you dont give us any options to actually block or …
