Vereesa is the helf leader. Alleria and Umbric are velf leaders. It would make no sense for velfs to be sidelined in the Thalassian elf expac.

I’m leveling a void elf right now in anticipation. I’m hoping we get some purply void type transmogs and maybe some lore and hope beyond hope some new customizations.

It would be really strange if Alleria and the Void Elves weren’t here.

alleria is a high elf. the other alleria is a lie. planted by the draenei and blizzard.
Eh, Inanis wasn’t a void elf, she was a high elf, the void elf look only happened when Xal’atath took over the body.
I imagine there could also be a division between the void elves, to join Xal… 
I would really love for during Prepatch for TWW Void Elf players start to get visions from Xal.
