Honestly? They will probably be relevant, but they seem to be having them ALSO get big focus in War Within, so probably not as Important as you’d think.
Honestly I’d prefer Druids of the Flame, Withered (Of All Elves.), Nightfallen, Felblood, and San’Layn get some focus (And have us recruit them.) than the Void Elves.
