But LFR players do play the game.
While it’s not as hard as other game modes, people wipe on LFR all the time, so it’s not just walking in there and one shotting bosses to collect loot.
Its a shame that people at the lowest level difficulty of raising are treated so poorly.

You’ve confused not getting what you want with being punished. Blizzard is allowed to make specific rewards for specific content.
If I want the lfr color transmogs I have to run lfr. There are never any upgrades there for me, but I do it if I want the color scheme and I frequently do!
I don’t act like I’m being punished because I don’t wanna run LFR. Sorry your life or personal choice won’t allow you the mount you want in a video game… But that’s not you being punished. That’s just mom not buying you candy at the grocery store. No need for a tantrum where you claim everyone who doesn’t agree with you is being senselessly cruel.
Hopefully, Blizzard or those who get the pneumonia-phlegm feline mount will provide those who dont want it complimentary Mucinex.

The main issue is players of all play styles voted on this mount. The mount is locked behind running 3 (or 4?) full raids, not a single boss, like before. Blizz should absolutely allow the slime cat to be obtainable in LFR. This change was done purely to drive token sales. (Tin foil hat, acquired 
)
And, tbh, I am not a fan of LFR.

If the cat would be in lfr that would get more people to actually come back just for it and atleast play 1 month of it. This way no one cares with their season 1 gear to come back just to be denied by normal groups.

Maybe Blizz should do the right thing by their dwindling player base and make it obtainable through LFR.

The anniversary deathwing mount was available through lfr difficulty raid versions and got stomped through and made a participation trophy and no one complained.

Im pretty sure LFR players dont care about themselves. Thats why they choose not to be involved with effort/community building
You do realize there are ex H/M raiders who just do LFR now because they’re busy actually doing something with their life and can’t commit to a team anymore? I know, it’s crazy.
I hate raiding and do LFR periodically. But hey, I was last man standing on one of my bears and finished the boss for the entire group a couple months ago xD

I promise you this is easily puggable.
Normal is very easy to pug and I sincerely hope you give it a try. If anxiety is an issue, just stand far away from the other players and turn chat off in your chat window thing.
They sure have funny ways of showing it. Openly insulting us, smarmy facetious comments at Blizz Con, hiring musical guests to explicitly insult half the player base, outright lying to an gaslighting us(ripcords anyone?).
Seems to me caring about every player who pays them for their games is the opposite of how they feel. They’ve done everything they can to carve the player base down from nearly 14 million active players to what’s probably now less than 2 million.
