It’s funny because you go against the fact that they want you to ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME to get the stuff the game offers. What a crazy concept. If you can’t put the effort into doing the content, why should you get the rewards without the effort? Asking for handouts.

One, LFR is literally being excluded
Two, there are a lot of reasons why some people cannot do normal. For example, I cannot do normal because of my hectic and erratic schedule. LFR allows me to do the raid essentially on my time without having to coordinate with or rely on other people.
Why does LFR as playing the game to people like you? Just because it’s not challenging doesn’t mean it’s not playing the game.

To bad you choose to ignore that most of the work your typical raider goes through to get the stuff raids award is spend 10 hours studying a YouTube vid made by a couple of truly hardcore raid guilds and then let an addon guide them through.
You are the ones asking for handouts so you don’t have to do the hard work of learning by trial and error.
Yeah you guys as so great studying YouTube and obeying the orders of Addons like DBM. Hard concept for you to grasp.

I said nothing about LFR… LFR is easy mode. I never said it wasn’t playing the game, I was talking about all of the game… if you aren’t dipping into each aspect of the game, you’re only gimping yourself and have no one to blame but yourself.
That’s YOUR problem, why do they have to cater to YOU and people like you? If you can’t take the time to apply the effort… you get rewarded for time put in and content cleared.
I raided to AOTC w/ several raids… we (my friends) blind clear, did 2-4 hours mondays and tuesdays, takes a few weeks but we get it down through time… what are you even tryin to get at?
Why do they have to cater to anyone? Because people are paying for a product and they want their money’s worth.
There are thousands of people like me that either can’t or choose not to do more than looking for raid. That doesn’t make them any less worthy of rewards, especially ones that are not even supposed to be challenging.
I can justify things like KSM and AOTC mounts existing, because those are supposed to be rewards for overcoming challenge. Slime cat is essentially a participation trophy.
Like it or not LFR players are participating in the content.

If they can’t or choose not to, guess who’s fault that is? YOURS.
Again, because reading seems to be tough… I never said LFR isn’t content. I said it’s the easy mode content. You get gear, that is reward enough… remember the easy mode content is gimped for a reason… it’s not meant to be taken seriously.

Heroic is inherently easy mode when compared to mythic. No one should get rewards if they don’t clear mythic. Actually scrap that. No rewards unless they’re in the hall of Fame. Actually scrap that again, no rewards unless you’re world first.
Just because it’s not as much time and effort as someone else doesn’t mean it’s not time and effort.
The achievement clearly says any difficulty. LFR falls in that category.

In FF14 if you want the raid mounts, you have to do savage. That’s roughly equivalent to Heroic/sort of on par with Mythic.

Casual players can easily over turn this decision in a week, just vote with your wallet. Casual out number hardcore who never vote with their wallet and can easily get the top guys turn heads when they see revenue falling

The achievement that rewards the mount says any difficulty. LFR is a level of difficulty.
