Priest - some of the best transmogs in the game and you can actually see them on your character.

I main priest, when bored i play my druid, depends on the expansion though, sometimes i might main my druid, like when they added the trents i played my druid

id choose shadow over balance any day, but between rdruid and disc/hpriest im more torn

rdruid feels boring 2 me, turns out i like to heal when dmg goes out and
not so much before it does or watchin the hots roll like that. just meh.
disc felt that way in wrath n it was garbie lol. just waitin…watching.
hpriest is great tho just the standard healer type i like but paladin easily wins as healer 4me

Druid, hands down, no question.
A druid owns their time. A priest does not. A priest is either a deep, deep healer or an “almost glass cannon” DPS. If all you do is run instanced content with friends, maybe that doesn’t matter to you, but a druid can literally switch between any of the 4 roles in the game almost at will, and can SOLO. They own their time. They can farm for transmog. They can pull the zone with instant cast moonfire when grinding world quests and stealth past fights they don’t feel like doing, all while still in their all-powerful overworld tank spec. While set to non-skyriding flight, they can hop around a questing zone in flight form, and move fast even in indoor areas, did I mention stealthed?
A priest is more often than not, and even more often if “the priest among their friends” a healer, and as one of my best healy friends once said, a healer quests at the speed of “where did my friends go?” Questing is the core engagement with unlocking the game itself.
A druid owns their time. Druid just wins the overworld.
So, Druid.

I’m a big fan of Shadow priest so I’m always going to say priest especially as a DPS lover. However resto druid is away more fun, probably one of the most fun healers in the game

Druid because of cat. Even playing resto than cat weaving is pretty fun. Honestly, I just like the flexibility of being anything with druid. That way I can have a high-level melee and ranged dps. As well as a healer and tank.
Priest is fine, I just find them a bit boring after awhile.

Instant flightform is great. Just jumping off tall stuff and turning into a bird and Nelly Furtadoing right on out of there

I base it on what nature of magic I wanna use between holy and Shadow or arcane and nature. Then I try to figure out a personality for my character and if it matches one class more than the other I pick the matching class. An example of this I made a Shadow Priest who’s personality is they’re kinda crazed or evil about the void yet looks like an adorable fox girl and I made a tauren who was protective of their family and the balance of nature so I made a druid who bounces between Guardian and Balance specs
