They’ve already done that pretty well this expansion. It still may not be as good as it was back in the day but it’s good. None of that has anything to do with DPS not understanding anything in their kit except pew pew. And it doesn’t change their inability to deal with the easiest of mechanics.
Sure but this is also a homogeneous issue. If everyone cna dispel, then the dps will never do it. Make some things only dispellable by 4 classes and things get easier.

I’m with OP, all you lazy hybrid dps give us a bad name.
If you got a dispel in your tree then there is zero reason to not pick it up this week

Have to give up better survivability options to get it. Id rather keep the defensive and healers can just splash heal it away

Btw, just for the sake of fairness, I also expect healers to dps in down time, cc, and even kick if you got one.

Depends on the total amount of damage mitigated
You can literally heal the debuff away. Healers wanted to heal. This is what they wanted

What if one person in the group needs quick and heavy healing, it’d be better for you to help your healer out and take care of your debuff so they can keep someone else from dying

Sir, your Dispel talent is literally in the second row of your class tree. And your only “survivability” talent in that row is an increased duration to your Barkskin (an ability that’s part of your base kit anyway).

Babe, none of those are magical debuff that can be dispell via that talent. Hope this helps you to comprehend even though english is my 3rd language and it’s your first and only one.
Aside from my priest who just magically removes itself from trail of light /binding heal, it’s a lot to heal through on more than one person lol
You get 2 dispels per affix timing, tank will get removed from healing so somebody gotta take care of the other 2 
Mass dispel only works every other one sad face
Just check the shamans in groups cuz for some reason they all skipping the totem this week and need to be reminded
Either way to me it’s a non-affix affix

no, it doesnt remove magical debuff but just poison and diseases. hope that helps

its an omni dispell, literally any dispell gets rid of it. he is totally correct.

Interrupts and dispels should be baseline on every class. There’s no reason for them not to be.
