got both MD and Purify disease this week, feels good to contribute to an affix and sometimes get ~20 insanity from MDing all 5 as soon as they spawn

I’ll give you one thing on this, folks should take the dispel so they have something in their back pocket for emergencies. I know I do on my toons that can get them because I would rather be safe than sorry, and I’m paranoid about certain stuff like that.

Now with that in mind, if that alone is making or breaking you that the DPS can’t dispel themselves, you’ve got MUCH MUCH bigger problems going on. You may not be able to dispel every single little thing as a healer, but dispels is part of your job. If you can’t do that then you have no business trying to heal in M+ let alone standard content. Because you refusing to heal in an instance like that is just bricking keys for no reason. If this was a DPS constantly running ahead of the tank and dying to their own stupidity or something along those lines, then I would support you in not healing that person until they wise up. But of all the issues healers face, this isn’t the hill to die on dude.

Ma’am, my hunter cannot tranq-ed herself. Tranq is only useful to dispel enrage and enemy’s buffs.

Why throw away your own key just for ego though? Throwing a dispell can easily be the difference between that player living or dying, and that player dying can be the difference between timing the key or not

I am so weary of healers getting group stuns, cc, interrupts, people using cc as an extra interrupts, kiting, and group defensive cds just to turn around and whine that someone didn’t redo their entire tree to save them a instant dispel.

Feign Death and Aspect of the Turtle removes poison and disease effects from you.

You can dispel yourself every time.

True. DPS should have to take regular exams to ensure they know how to do pretty much everything.

And isn’t it cute them getting on here acting like they’re gonna not let people in their groups who don’t babysit them?
